Websites
For tips about Copenhagen straight from the locals, look no further. This site features maps of each neighborhood, an up-to-date events calendar, and things to see and do categorized by activity or neighborhood, all chosen by people who live there.
While this site virtually takes you to such places as the Copenhagen Opera House and the University of Copenhagen, its three hosts—Katie Rice, Liyuan, and Julie Tran—also explain the ins and outs of daily life in Denmark, such as recycling habits, the drinking culture, cost of living, and the library system.
With guides titled, "Romantic Copenhagen," "Copenhagen on a Budget," and "Wellness in Copenhagen," any traveler can find a place to begin here. There's also a collection of "Top 10" lists that include Copenhagen's top ten things to do on a warm day, a cold day, or with kids.
